The calibrations have been developed with the latest mathematical algorithms by our chemometrics department providing daily samples and contrasted with the official Soxhlet method, this allows us to offer a personalized service tailored to the needs of each client. We can create, adapt or customize calibrations.

The Analyzer consists of an integrated Windows 10 PC with touch screen and easy operation.
TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY (NIT)
Measures by near infrared transmission from 720 to 1100 nm, in this type of measurement the light passes through the sample instead of being reflected (Refractance). With the transmission measurementmore information is obtained andtherefore more precision. This avoids sample oxidation problems, very common in refractance, which limit the sample handling time as well as the need to perfectly smooth the surface of the sample when placing it in the capsule, which causes many errors in the measurement.
CONTINUOUS SPECTRUM DIODE ARRAY
It is the most advanced technology in relation to NIR detection, the Array Diode acts all at once, converting all the light that reaches it to the NIR spectrum without the need for moving parts. The Array Diode allows to obtain a continuous spectrum, making it the fastest and most accurate instrument on the market, it performs 5 measurements and provides the average in only 30 seconds. This is because its operation is like the CCD of digital cameras, but instead of capturing images, it captures wavelengths within the NIR spectrum.
HOLOGRAPHIC MONOCHROMATOR
The holographic monochromator is responsible for converting the white light from the lamp into the infrared spectrum. It is the part of the equipment that allows the Diode Array to do its job.
RELIABLE DAILY ANALYSIS
To develop the calibrations contained in the analyzer, olives and pomace from all over Spain, Portugal, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Morocco, etc. have been used. This has made it possible for us to have a large database. The calibrations have been validated by hundreds of satisfied users all over the world
